02. Refund Conditions
We provide a 30-day technical support guarantee. You are eligible for a full refund if, and only if:
- You encounter a reproducible technical bug or installation failure within the first 30 days.
- You have contacted our support team via hello@uniteelements.com and provided the required access to troubleshoot.
- Our technical team is unable to resolve or provide a workaround for the issue within 30 days of your purchase.
03. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:
- "Change of mind" or deciding you no longer want to start a bio-page business.
- Inability to find clients or lack of business revenue.
- Failure to use the software after purchase.
- Issues caused by 3rd party hosting, domain providers, or custom code modifications.
- Requests made after the 30-day guarantee period has expired.

BioScript is sold through JVZoo. Opening a dispute on JVZoo before contacting our support team or before the 30-day resolution period has passed will result in a permanent suspension of your license and documentation of the policy breach for the dispute resolution.
