INTRODUCTION

These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of BioScript, a product of:

By purchasing or using BioScript, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the product.

SECTION 1 — The Product

BioScript is a bio page platform system that allows you to launch your own Linktree-like service on your domain. Depending on the license purchased, it includes:

SECTION 2 — License Terms

2.1 Personal & Commercial Use
You may use BioScript for personal use and to sell bio page services to clients.

2.2 Reseller License
You may resell access to end clients using the license key system. You may not resell or redistribute the BioScript platform itself or its source code as a standalone product unless you hold a White-Label license.

2.3 White-Label License
You may rebrand and operate BioScript as your own platform. You may not claim to have built the original software from scratch in a way that is misleading to consumers.

SECTION 4 — Support

Support is provided via:

Support hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM IST

We provide 6 months of technical support from the date of purchase for setup-related issues. Support does not include custom development or feature additions outside the product scope.

SECTION 5 — Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD. Payments are processed through our secure payment processor. Pricing is subject to change as communicated on the sales page. The price at the time of your purchase is final and binding for your order.

SECTION 6 — Intellectual Property

BioScript and all associated materials, templates, and code are the intellectual property of Exvion Global Private Limited. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the software.

SECTION 7 — Disclaimer of Warranties

BioScript is provided "as is." While we make every effort to ensure the platform functions correctly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for downtime caused by your hosting provider, domain issues, or third-party services.

SECTION 8 — Limitation of Liability

Exvion Global Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use BioScript, including lost revenue or business opportunities.

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

SECTION 9 — Income Disclaimer

BioScript is a business tool. Any income examples mentioned on our website are illustrative and not guaranteed. Your results depend entirely on your own effort, skills, and market conditions. We make no income guarantees of any kind.

SECTION 10 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

SECTION 11 — Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
